Custom Options — MOQ and Added Lead Time

Three changes that keep the mould. A new outline means a new mould — that minimum and lead time sit in the OEM section below; surface work is priced in printing.

Stock shapes go out from 12 pcs; runs are 50–100 pcs per size and your quote states the exact figure. Proof in 24 h → sample in 5–7 days → bulk in 12–20 days. Put the hole on the drawing — we drill before the polish, never after.

Sample First — Hold One Before You Commit

Three ways to see the piece before a bulk order. None of them needs a drawing or a deposit.

What we need: courier account (DHL, FedEx or UPS) or a collect quote, delivery address with contact name and phone, and the model numbers K9-01 to K9-11. For an engraved proof, logo in AI, PDF or CDR, or a photo at 300 dpi. Samples leave Pujiang by express; US and EU addresses in 3–5 working days.

You keep the shape and the brand. We cut the tooling, run a sample for your approval, then inspect every piece before it is boxed.

What We Check Before Your Cartons Close

Eight checks on every batch. A faceted blank fails at the bevel, the hole or the flat — so those are measured, not eyeballed.

• Surface — no scratches, pits or mold marks under 6000K light at 30 cm; 100% visual inspection, both faces.
• Bevel & hole — no chips or shell fracture along the bevel or around the 3 mm hole; hole centred within ±0.5 mm.
• Bubbles — none over 0.5 mm; max two under 0.5 mm outside the engraving area (10x magnifier).
• Clarity — optically clear, no clouds, stones or inclusions anywhere in the glass.
• Polish — mirror polish on both faces and the bevel; no dull spots, swirl marks or orange peel.
• Flatness — no warp or wedge: the blank sits flat, and thickness stays within 0.2 mm across the piece.
• Dimensions — outline, thickness and hole at ±0.5 mm, digital caliper at AQL 2.5.
• Packing — seal, strap and label checked against your PO before the carton leaves the table.

We claim no third-party certificate on this page. What we offer instead is 100% hand inspection, and the photos that prove it: every batch is shot piece by piece before the carton is sealed, and the set goes to you with the packing list. If you would rather send an inspector, book SGS, BV or your own agent — we will have the goods palletised and waiting.

Anything that arrives broken is replaced free on your next order — send the photos of the piece and the carton, and the replacement travels with your next run.

Standard or retail-ready — the difference is a sleeve, a box and a label, and all three are priced when you order, not after.

Carton data — the numbers your forwarder asks for

Chargeable weight is the greater of gross and volumetric (1:5000) — the cartons below are the ones we actually ship, not a nominal box.

Mixed cartons are fine — the shape list goes on the outside of every one.

Container loading

Pallet 120 × 100 × 155 cm, 45 cartons — 9 per layer, 5 layers. Pallets waste height in a 20GP, so below about 6 t floor loading usually takes 30–40% off the freight. Figures are for the 80 mm round; your loading list is confirmed on the proforma invoice.

On every carton: PO number, shape and size, quantity and carton number, gross weight at the scale, your label position taped off. Photos of the sealed cartons, with weights, go out before dispatch.
