What We Check Before Your Cartons Close
- Surface — no scratches, pits or mold marks under 6000K light at 30 cm; 100% visual inspection.
- Bubbles — none over 0.5 mm; max two under 0.5 mm outside the central view zone (10x magnifier).
- Clarity — optically clear, no clouds or inclusions anywhere in the glass.
- Dimensions — tolerance ±1 mm, checked with digital caliper at AQL 2.5.
- Hanging hole — positioned and reinforced to hang without cracking.
- Packing — pearl cotton inner + double-wall export carton, 1.2 m drop test per shipment.
Inspection photos and the QC report are shared with you before each shipment. Anything that arrives broken is replaced free on your next order — just send photos.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — from a single piece, shipped worldwide so you can check weight, clarity and polish first. The sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most stocked shapes start from 50–100 pcs per size. Your quotation will state the exact MOQ for each item you choose.
How long does production take?
Blank-only orders ship in 7–12 days depending on quantity. Engraved and custom-packaged orders take 12–20 days. Tell us your deadline — urgent schedules can be arranged.
Can you engrave our logo or photo?
Yes. 2D laser logo engraving, 3D inner-photo engraving, sandblasting and UV printing are all done in our own workshop. You receive a digital proof for approval before production starts.
How are the ornaments packed for shipping?
Each piece is wrapped in pearl cotton and packed in double-wall export cartons, drop-tested from 1.2 m before dispatch. If anything arrives damaged, send us photos and the broken pieces are replaced free on your next shipment.
