These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all
access, browsing, inquiry, and wholesale cooperation behaviors between you
(“Buyer”, “Customer”) and K9Crystal (“Supplier”, “we”, “us”). This is a B2B
commercial cooperation agreement applicable to global wholesale customers,
engraving studios, trophy manufacturers, and gift distributors.
By accessing our website and submitting cooperation
inquiries, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by
all the terms below.
K9Crystal is a professional manufacturer and
wholesale supplier of high-purity K9 crystal blanks, providing standard crystal
blank wholesale, custom size processing, OEM/ODM personalized development
services. All products are mainly used for laser engraving, 3D internal
carving, UV printing, and customized crystal craft production.
•
All
prices displayed on the website are wholesale reference prices, subject to
formal official quotations according to order quantity, customization
requirements, and shipping methods.
•
The
quotation is valid for 15 working days. Price adjustment caused by raw material
fluctuation will be notified to customers in advance.
•
We
support small-batch trial orders and large-scale bulk orders. Conventional
standard products have no strict MOQ limit; customized shaped products are
subject to minimum order quantity confirmation.
3. Product Quality
& Specification
•
All
our crystal blanks are made of 100% K9 optical crystal raw materials, without
recycled glass doping, with high light transmittance, no bubbles, no foggy
surface, and uniform density.
•
We
implement unified size tolerance, polishing standard and chromaticity control
for batch products to ensure batch consistency.
•
Slight
manual measurement errors and minor cutting texture differences within the
industry standard range do not belong to quality problems.
4. Customization
& OEM/ODM Service
We provide exclusive size customization, shape
development, and process optimization services according to customer drawings
and market demands. After the customer confirms the sample and pays the
deposit, we will arrange mass production. The final product standard is subject
to the confirmed sample.
B2B wholesale orders adopt flexible payment terms.
Conventional cooperation adopts deposit prepayment + balance payment before
shipment. The specific payment ratio and method shall be subject to the bilateral
confirmed sales contract.
6. Intellectual
Property Rights
•
All
website pictures, texts, product designs, and technical content are the
intellectual property of K9Crystal and are protected by international copyright
laws.
•
It
is forbidden to copy, steal, modify or use our website content and product
pictures for commercial purposes without authorization.
•
Customized
exclusive products developed for customers shall not be independently promoted
or sold by us without customer permission.
We are only responsible for the quality problems of
the crystal blank products themselves. We are not liable for product damage or
effect defects caused by customers’ improper engraving, processing, printing,
and secondary production operations.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate
cooperation with customers who violate commercial integrity, maliciously
default on payments, or deliberately damage our brand reputation.
We may update these terms according to business and
policy changes. The updated terms will take effect immediately after being
posted on the official website.
